1-Install Windows 8.1 as a clean installation with this key
Windows 8.1 Core/Home 334NH-RXG76-64THK-C7CKG-D3VPT
 
2-Install windows 8.1 preferably after formatting your drive.
 
3-Setup windows 8.1 completely and reach the desktop. Once desktop is reached, allow the computer to go online and fail itself on the activation front. Check the status on system properties dialogue box to check if activation has failed.
 
4- press the windows+R key and open the run command box.
Type in "slui.exe 3" in the box and click on ok
 
5-Put in the original windows 8 key that you have and click on accept
