1-download composer.phar by https://getcomposer.org/download/
2-put it near php.exe
3-extract the downloaded application to htdocs, this means that the composer.json is at \htdocs\composer.json and a \htdocs\lib created.
4-if you dont have git, download it from https://git-scm.com/download/win
5-keep in mind that php + git filepaths must be declared to cpanel > system > advanced sys settings > environment variables > to PATH (you must restart cmd window if is open)
6-goto htdocs and execute
7-This will create the famous vendor directory, where stores all the dependencies for the downloaded application.
8-create a php file at \htdocs\index.php example :
