How to Make Cinnamon Water
  • Method 1 (Steeping): Place one cinnamon stick in a mug and pour 1–2 cups of hot (not boiling) water over it. Let it steep for 10–15 minutes.
  • Method 2 (Boiling): Boil 1–2 cups of water with a cinnamon stick for 5–10 minutes.
